Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Pixelbrick. If something is not right, we are happy to help. 💛

1) Return conditions

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it, as long as:

  • the product is in its original condition, not used or damaged, and
  • everything is complete, including baseplates, bricks, tool, etc.

Tip: if you have opened the product, we kindly ask you to send the parts back neatly, for example with bricks sorted by colour in bags. This helps us process your return faster.

2) Registering a return

Email us at contact@pixelbrick.nl with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for the return

After approval, you will receive the return instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that are sent back without prior registration.

3) Return costs

  • If something went wrong because of our mistake, for example the product arrived damaged, the wrong item was delivered, or parts are missing, we will solve it free of charge with a replacement, additional parts, or a refund.
  • For returns for any other reason, the return costs are your own responsibility, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4) Damaged or missing parts

Please check your order when you receive it. Is something damaged or missing? Email us, preferably within 48 hours, with photos, and we will arrange a solution quickly.

5) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether everything has been approved. If approved, we will refund you using the original payment method.

We process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after you have registered your return. We may wait until we have received the package or until you have shown proof that you have sent it back.

6) Exchanges

Want something else? The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order.
